i just got back from my trip to NY. i tried to get on the server but minecraft said can't reach server. is the server temporarily down?

Sorry, we had an IP change and I'm trying to host the old server as much as possible.
Here's the new IP Smile

it says connection lost then
Internal exception: java.net.SockerException: Connection reset
