 New ranks must be set and legit worlds must be made

people have been complaining about ranks forever and now its getting really annoying. We must agree to reset all ranks but founders because the ops and admins and even co's are to high. After that is settled we founders must make new worlds that can not have creative in them because when new people come on they always get creative 50% of the time because there isn't a pure legit world they can go to. so please respond to this on the forums or to me on the server.
