Admin abused power

In my faction, Island, I had protected land and it was still protected after the destruction. I ask, how did that happen when it was underwater where TNT can't touch and found a TNT standing in my house. The place is in the Tikanga world near bedrock walls. I know that is a griefable world but how would someone break into a place underwater where TNT cannot touch it without claiming land or being an admin/moderator? Also, after this event occurred I wasn't able to do anymore of my regular commands I had.

I'm guessing you're faction was Arcadia.
I will be looking a lot into this mass grief, as we are still finding
pieces of it today.
The user behind this had unauthorized access to Admin,
and began worldediting mass TNT in places around the faction.
I am in the process of not allowing worldedit in lower ranks.
All griefing from this user can be easily rolled back in seconds.
NOTE: Worldediting is currently not being logged and cannot be
rolled back. If this is a big problem I can enable logging for it.

One of the main reasons this happened was due to the
mess in the permissions system. I reconfigured permissions,
then I thought the plugin was glitched in the new update
so I switched, and now I need to switch back because it works.
